Dr Darla Nageswara Rao, an artist in Government Central Press, Hyderabad, created the largest portrait using 33,625 colored bindis of US President Barrack Obama to congratulate him on taking over as the 44th President of the United States; the bindis were pasted on 25 X 35.3 inch white paper. He started on the mid-night of Dec 31, 2008 and it took 160 hours (10hrs/day) to complete and completed on Jan 16, 2009.
