ILIYAS ABDULMAJEED KHAN (born on may 10,1975) 0f Jalna, Maharashtra (India) become the world record of editing, printing and publishing of own newspaper during minor age I,e below 18 years, the title of the “ weekly barasta toofan” at the age of 17 years 11 months and 21 days on may 01, 1993, when the first issue of the news paper was published to the extent of jalna , Aurangabad district and Mumbai simultaneously, without any backing about education , financial crisis, social work , news reports, publication etc… so also hails from rural area of Maharashtra (India).
