Shubhangi Apte (April 25, 1955) of Raipur Chhattisgarh distributed 29,856 cloth bags varying in size from 10x10 inch to 15x15 inch at 32 places like schools, banks and press clubs from Jan. to May 25, 2015. In each bag she also put token gifts. In June 2012, she had started a ‘Say No to Plastic’ campaign. Giving cloth bags was the next step.
