Gangadhara Tilak Katnam, a 72 years old retired senior section engineer of SC railway from yernagudem village, west godavari dist, AP, india. He is familiarly known as doctor of roads and also founder of Sharmadaan foundation, who filled more than 2000 potholes voluntarily by spending his pension money across various cities travelling by his own car along with his better half with all the necessary material and equipment to fix potholes.
